Burn Out Teaches the Need for Self-Care



Leonie Dawson has written many great articles about using self-care and self-nurturing which inspire me. I love to hear the language of others to represent Wellness Tools and having a Daily Maintenance Plan along with recognizing Early Warning Signs. As we recognize our limitations and our humanness, we can accept how important it is to have boundaries on how much we expect of ourselves. Creativity and self-expression counteracts stress, burnout and overwhelm. It is essential that we have fun every day. Taking the time to make meaning and enjoy ourselves will lessen the urges to escape from our reality. What are you doing to love yourself today?
