
Jennifer Louden has an excellent book to support you in organizing your life and really look at what your vision for yourself is by using lots of exploration questions in a workbook format. She mentions many common WRAP principles such as what she calls "minimum requirements for self-care" for WRAP's Daily Maintenance List and she suggests accessing support from others in creating your list. She suggests making a list of "melt-down signals" which we call Early Warning Signs.
