8 weekly session that last 2 1/2 hours empower you to write your own, personal plan for wellness
Many topics covered including:
• Adding to your Wellness Toolbox for optimum health and wellness
• Recognizing “Red Flags” that tell us we have been triggered and creating an action plan to implement
• Reducing stress and anxiety
• Communicating with health care providers
• Writing a Crisis Plan
• Managing addictions
• Pain management
Cost is $10 per hour. Notebook with handouts and art materials are provided for future reference.
