W.R.A.P. Junk Journals

Junk Journals are traditionally made from ephemera and "junk" mail, magazine pages,  pictures, old ticket stubs etc. Whatever you want to recyle or create is considered acceptable. I also use scrapbook paper and printed paper, old cards and personal art. Using the concept of making W.R.A.P. lists, I give opportunity to remove papers from pockets to easily write the lists from the Wellness Recovery Action Plan self-management system.

If you would like some more ideas on creating your own W.R.A.P. Junk Journal, contact me, Janet Laird at artforinsight@yahoo.com
