My Art Space

It is important to have a space where you can be yourself. Even if it is a corner of a room, make a place where you can immerse yourself with your "go to" Wellness Tool. Self-expression is mine and I have devoted a whole room to creating visual expressions of What I Am Like When I Am Feeling Well. I also go there when I am not feeling so well and it improves my outlook and gives me a different perspective. Art is healing.
