Free Presentation:

“Introduction to W.R.A.P.”
(Wellness Recovery Action Plan)

Do you have a desire for health and wellness but need a plan to achieve it? Do you experience stress, depression or overwhelming anxiety? Does self-nurturing seem selfish yet you long for it anyway?

Come learn about a fabulous and effective self-management program where you write your own plan for your definition of wellness for you. You will be respectfully walked through each step of the way to develop your own plan for your daily self-nurturing. Using the W.R.A.P. (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) learn how to achieve and maintain wellness in your life again or perhaps for the first time ever.

Every day things push our buttons that cause more stress that keep us from being happy. Learn how to minimize the effects of these triggers, take affirmative action and be empowered to live the life you want to. Share what has worked for you as well as get more ideas to add to your Wellness Toolbox of solutions.

W.R.A.P. is used internationally and is proclaimed nationally as an Evidenced Based Practice for its effectiveness with SAMSHA. I have been able to manage anxiety and depression by utilizing this life changing personal self-management system for several years. I am certified by the Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery as an Advanced Level Facilitator and love sharing this empowering system with a wide variety of participants.

Learn what W.R.A.P. is and how it will help you be more self-nurturing while creating a plan for managing stress, anxiety and depression.
You will have the opportunity to sign up for a confidential, fun, interactive 20 hour, 8 week W.R.A.P. Workshop.
